Snowdonia - The Western Edge - October 2017


Cae Amos Bothy,where I spent two days, situated on the western edge of Snowdonia,just north of Portmadog.

Inside the Bothy great Inglenook fire place.
 Two Panoramas of The Pennant Valley which runs up to Cwm Pennant,the head of the valley,The Nanttle ridge on the left,and the Moel Hebog ridge on the right which drops down on the otherside to Beddgelert,One of Snowdonia's most charming villages.
The view East to Snowdon on the far left, from the summit of Craig Goch, the westernmost hill in Snowdonia.

Shafts of Sunlight pick out the fields,with the tide going out of Cardigan Bay behind.
